This is a very powerful breath-work meditation with guided breathing cues and visualisation guide.

It is based on Wim Hof breath-work, pranayama and loosely inspired by the visualisation ideas of Dzogchen and Tummo.

The meditation guide was constructed in the meditative-flow state - it is an original visualisation and breathing sequence, written and narrated by Nimetu.

This meditation/breathwork is intended to loosen the rigid perception of everyday reality and of your-Self. If done rigorously for a prolonged time it can influence your perception of reality and level the mental agitation, make you more centered and at peace.

It can help you open into a larger reality of being.

No need to believe anything... just do the strong breath-work and follow the visualisation suggestions, with no prejudices... just use your imagination, focus... relax, go within... follow the music.

Take 30 minutes each day and do it regularly for awhile - make it a new daily habit. The results accumulate with practice.
